We celebrated John's birthday last night. I'm glad I got to know him well. Susan and John had a very special relationship and I really cherished seeing them together, I could sometimes imagine how it was when they were little. John, Don and my family shared a lot of good moments together. My kids simply adored him and they also knew how close John and Susan were. Whether it was in Montclair, NJ, Syracuse, NY or Ponca City, OK, Anthony, Tamika and Tamirah thought he was the coolest uncle and it was always a party to be him. John made sure that our children felt special, he always listened to them and he really knew them well. A year or so ago, Tamirah and Gabrielle, her best friend, spent over three hours talking with him late at nigh at the grandparent's camp ... inside of our car! John didn't just spoil them with gifts, trips to the mall or water parks, but he would also offer them rewards for reading some classic books. From nothing and without help from anyone, John was able to be very successful in the world of finances. There is no doubt that life was never easy for him, but he left us too soon. I will miss him a lot, we will all miss him. Although a part Susan died with him too, his memory will always bring joy and laughter. Happy birthday, John! Gus, Susan, Anthony, Tamika and Tamirah.

I worked with John -- promoting his trading services -- for many years. Frankly, there was never a dull moment. John's passion was contagious; and his desire to succeed, compelling. He was an extremely engaged and talented trader, who greatly wanted to prove himself to his subscribers. If anything, he perhaps tried too hard -- but that's much better than never having tried at all. Rest in peace, John.

John was a very caring and generous person. His personality always filled the room. He was not content to be just "Uncle John" to his nieces and nephews; he had to be their very favorite uncle - and he was. He had a strong sense of commitment to family. He was adored by his nieces and nephews for his crack-up sense of humor and his fun-loving nature. He was adored by me for his huge heart. I will miss John more than words can say. I always loved him with no holds barred, as he loved others. May his soul rest in peace.

John, It's our first Thanksgiving without you. You have no idea how much you are missed. Don, your partner and the love of your life, is grieving enormously. Tears come when least expected and your memories are always with him wherever he goes. Many others are also grieving--those that laughed and cried with you and knew you so well and appreciated you for YOU. You know the truth-- the people who truly cared for you and who sincerely mourn your passing. Today, on behalf of all those people you helped and taught about the markets and life---we thank you. We miss you and there will never be another John.

John: you will never believe that I will write to you in this way. The date you went is the day you asked me to work with you 10 years ago. Up to now I still can't believe you already left us. In the past, you made me an independent business partner with you. You encouraged me to overcome my fear and stress from the job, taught me how to become a successful entrepreneur. We laughed together to exchange ideas how to set up new website which we didn't had a chance to complete. You promised me one day you will visit Toronto but you never did. I remembered all of them and very appreciate you to give me a chance to work with me in many years. You are a smart, caring and innovative person, I will miss you forever. May you rest in peace .

John was funny, crazy, loving, stubborn and caring. The most I remember from him is he always made me smile. I remember 20 years ago my brother Don met John. They were just like any other couple they laughed, loved and argued. but most of all they've always been there for each other. And always been there for their dogs. Don you are a true blessing to John as John was blessing to you. I know he's at peace in Heaven with Robbie. One day we will meet them again. His memories will always live on. He was truly accepted into our family and fit in just fine. John will be missed and always in our
memories.

John was my partner for over 20 years, I watched him grow over those years as he rose from humble beginnings to great success. John wished the same success for the traders that followed him with the same growth. Some took advantage of his success and many others learned from it.
John was always trying to prove he was good enough, which was he weakness - he did not have to prove it. He was special and gifted, even though he was also at times a pain in the butt.
But John loved life. He loved television and movies, loved his dogs and his family, and loved me. I hold his memory in my heart forever. John believed in me during the times when I did not believe in myself, and I hope that the angels will comfort him as he comforted me.
John could be a true couch potato at times, spending hours watching movie after movie. John loved good food. He greatly enjoyed providing love and care for our many beloved dogs over the years - Molly, Baby, Daisy, Madison, Dakota, Yosemite, Gibson, Chompers and Buddy. He was passionate about his dogs and took great care of them and of me.
Thanks, Chris Marett, for being supportive of John and thank you also to Janice Dorn and to Susan Lansing for always being there for me. God bless you, and may God bless John. We'll see you in heaven.
John, I know you had a very stressful job trying to make people money in the stock market and trying to be accepted in your family and in society. May your soul rest in peace.
Thanks and love from your partner for life,
Don

When I first met John almost seven years ago, I instantly saw what a special guy he was. It wasn't just that he was an investing genius (he was!), but he was also a phenomenal communicator and motivator of people. I was privileged to spend the next five years working closely with John to introduce him to a larger audience of people. Every day I was amazed by John's energy, passion and commitment-level. He was truly a one-of-a-kind person, who will be sorely missed by me, and everyone who had the good fortune of knowing him.

We are deeply saddened by John's passing. While we never met him face-to-face--only speaking to him by phone--we still feel like we knew him as a friend for a long, long time. We hope that he's in a better place now, and can look down at his family and smile at what he sees. Rest in Peace, John -- you will be greatly missed.

We had the great pleasure of working with John for years providing his conferencing platform. He was funny, driven, a true inspiration to leagues of traders and kind as well in such a fast paced medium. Suffice it to say, there is a void now in the finance world without his all knowing voice to given meaning to the markets. Our sincerest heartfelt condolences go out to his partner and the Lansing family.
