I'm so saddened to learn of Charlotte's passing. God has truly gained a special angel. The fond memories I have of Charlotte go all the way back to 3rd grade when we were part of the Thursday after school bowling league. Then you as Dorothy in our 6 grade play. Double dating to our Senior Ball and the numerous phones calls we had leading up to the big event. Then you convincing me to be a pregnant mother nature with a sign that read "it's not nice to fool with mother nature" Only for you Charlotte, no other person could've talked me into that one. I could go on and on with stories, you were a very special friend that I will truly miss. To Dale and the family, make heart aches for all of you during this most difficult time, please know you are in my thoughts and prayers. GOD Bless you all. Charlotte, you will be missed... My deepest and sincere condolences go out to your family. Charlotte and I worked together at Cazenovia high school and I had the privilege of sharing a classroom with her for two years. We forged a special bond as she worked tirelessly to help students succeed in world history. She and I shared many laughs over the years and I am grateful for her encouragement during a difficult time in my life. I will cherish her companionship and support. Charlotte and I became close when she was my Secret Santa one year. She gave me a lucite paperweight that had pennies in it. We both cried when she gave it to me because I told her that whenever I see a penny on the ground it's a penny from heaven, my dad is saying hello. She mentioned her mom, who had recently passed, sent her a message to buy it for me. Now, whenever you see a penny on the ground, pick it up, it's Charlotte, sending her love. I will miss her, she was such a classy lady.
