Sam Usborne made such a great impression on my family that my own son became a Chiropractor. Many years ago my daughter suffered from Migraines when she was about 17 year old. Our Cazenovia family doctor sent her for a spinal tap and an MRI that showed nothing. In the doctor's waiting room a patient mentioned Dr. Usborne as an alternative to the pills the family doctor was giving my daughter. I made an appointment with Dr. Sam and after a few treatments over maybe a month my daughter - who is now in her 40's - has never had another Migraine. I also went to see Dr. Sam when my lower back hurt me - and again I first went to the family doctor who sent me for X rays and then wanted me to take "pain pills" - back I went to see Dr. Sam and he made my back feel normal again after a few adjustments. This so impressed my son who was around 13 at the time and after he graduated from S.U. he studied Chiropractic at N.Y.C.C in Seneca Falls and had his office for 15 years in Manlius. He mat a young woman from Maryland and now lives and has his Chiropractic office - "Back At Your Best" in California Maryland - and I give all the credit to Dr. Sam for showing that healing can come from a hands on approach and not masking symptoms with pills - I will give thanks for Dr. Sam and give all the credit for my son's success - including his having written a book and his radio program out of Baltimore - all to our having had Dr. Sam in our lives. We send love to you entire family.

Dear Barb and Family, I'm sorry to hear of your loss. Sam [Mr. Usborne] was a wonderful man whom I greatly admired growing up. I enjoyed many a ride with Sam and Barb to our numerous hockey practices and games. He was much more than just a parent giving the kids rides. He wouldn't hesitate to tell me if I was out of line or in the wrong. I wish I could have thanked him for the strong example he set for all of us hockey kids. Intelligent, unselfish, and giving, one of Cazenoovia's best and he will be missed. Thanks for everything Sam. R.I.P.

Dear Barbara and all -- Sharon and I send heartfelt condolences on Sam's passing. He was our "go to" guy whenever our backs were out of whack which in my case was often and excruciatingly disabling. I've carried his spot-on diagnosis with me wherever we've moved and have continued to follow the treatment plan Sam set out for me all those years ago in the beautiful hills of Cazenovia. It continues to work like a charm. Sam knew his stuff; he was a great guy and will be missed. Please know you and your family are in our thoughts and prayers. With deepest sympathy -- Morgan Doyle, Atlanta, GA
