To the Oman Family, I was privileged to serve with Hettie on CAVAC, and fully intended to get to the calling hours. Unfortunately, guest dropped in right at the importune time, so I was not able to get to the funeral home. I hope you noticed that the black and purple drapes were hung at CAVAC in Hettie's memory. Hettie was a charter member of CAVAC, as was I, and she worked on crew for 6 years. "Just as the sun will set gene reuse with each and every dawn, The souls of those who lived so well eternally live on. Now that the sun has seemed to set on one so very dear, Please know a soul who lived so well remains forever near." My sympathies are with you all, Peggy Laidman

Dear Jo Ann, Bridget, Larry, Mark, and Lindy, I often think about the wonderful families and people who made up the circle of extended "family" growing up. I have so many wonderful memories of camping, snowmobiling, overnights at your house, and weekend nights when the adults were playing cards. Your Mom plays a huge role in those memories. Heartfelt sympathy to Googies family. I remember spending many summer Saturday nights at their home on Erieville Lake. We had a big cook out, swam, went boating, and had so much fun. She was always vivacious. More recently, she was a wonderful part of the older ladies of Erieville that got together for lunches, and playing cards. Deepest sympathy also from my mother, Lois Stauring, a long time friend of Googies.
