I am lost at words at what to say. She was one of my dearest friends. I will truly miss her laugh, her words of wisdom and everything about her. Elmcrest has not been the same. I miss our morning coffee together. David, Danny, Mathew she was truly proud of all of you and your accomplishments. She is so sorry she will miss all your future moments. I hope you enjoy the books she recorded for you so you can treasure her voice. Ester she truly was so glad to have met you and was so glad to have you in her life. Matt never doubt that she was glad to be at home till the end. She truly loved you and loved that you took such good care of her. I truly hope that your memories will keep her alive in all of your hearts. She is not suffering any more and is watching over you every day. My deepest sympathy to all of you.

Matthew, Please accept our deepest condolences for the loss of your wife Lorrie. We had only met Lorrie a few times but could see that she was a wonderful person and you were both so happy together. May all your memories together bring you comfort in the difficult days ahead of you. Lorrie is in peace and flying with the Angels watching us from above. So sorry for your loss. Bud and Wendy Olin

I wish I had the words to make this easier for all of you. David,Danny, and Matthew know that each one of you were so important to your Mom. Many conversations with her about each of you and how proud she was. Esther, Lorrie was so happy to have you in her life. Her face would light up a room when she told me about you. I miss my friend tremendously but also can’t wish her back facing what she did. Love you all

To Matt.....Lorrie’s husband and best friend. We know you are missing Lorrie so very much. But know she will always be with you in all the wonderful memories you made together. Lorrie fought a strong battle against the cancer....but you were right there beside her each and every day to help get her through those days and months.
There is no one who could have, or would have taken care of Lorrie as you did. You gave her all your love and also made it possible for her to do what she had so hoped for..... to stay at home through it all, to be with you (and Griz), It won’t be easy, but stay strong and know we are here for you no matter what. We miss Lorrie also.
Love, Linda and Donnie. (Lorrie’s mother in law....Matt’s mother)

So sad to learn of Lorrie's passing. I am honored to have known her, and lucky to have her part of our work "family" prior to her going to Elmcrest. She was a great friend, and I'll miss her dearly. She was especially proud of her children and their accomplishments. May she rest in peace.

I was so sorry to learn of Lorrie's passing last week. She was a sweet caring woman that I had the pleasure of working with at Elmcrest. We were all so proud of her accomplishment of getting her bachelors while working full time, not an easy feat. My sincere condolences to her sons she spoke of often with love and compassion, David, Danny and Matthew. Her strong faith and perseverance cannot be measured. May she rest in peace.

We are saddened to learn of Lorrie's passing on Friday. She was such a bright light in our world and a true delight to work with at Elmcrest. She was so proud of her three sons, David, Daniel and Matthew, and treasured a photo of themselves that was a Christmas gift to Lorrie in 2017. Lorrie was a joy to know these past 5 years and will long be remembered for her warmth, friendship and pure kindness. God bless Lorrie's family at this difficult time. Lorrie is at peace with our heavenly Father.
