Karen E. Chandler, 74, of Oneida passed away February 19, 2020. She was born in Watertown on August 30, 1945 to Clarence and Hazel Haskins. Karen was a homemaker and she will be truly missed.
She is survived by two sisters; a brother; several nieces, nephews and close friends.
