Obituary of Beverly Rowell

Beverly G. Richards Rowell, 93, formerly of Cazenovia and Baldwinsville passed away Tuesday, December 15, 2020 at Crouse Community Center in Morrisville. She was born December 14, 1927 in Cazenovia to Edwin and Zoah Goodfellow and was a graduate of Cazenovia High School in 1945. Bev was a secretary for Stearns and Wheler and for Rowell and Associates. Upon her retirement, Bev resided in Florida and North Carolina before returning to Baldwinsville and eventually Morrisville. She enjoyed golf, bowling, needlework, cross stitch, sewing and was a former member of the Cazenovia Country Club. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her first husband, Bernard L. Richards, in 1994; her second husband, William H. Rowell in 2018 and by her sisters, Eileen Loucks and Edwina Spaulding. Beverly is survived her children, Stephen (Jan Soule) Richards of Hamilton and Diana (Thomas) Harvey of Erieville; five grandchildren, Lynn (Joe) Cantone of Fayetteville, Joy (Adam) Springs of Fayetteville, Stephen (Michele) Richards of Long Island, Greg (Christy) Richards of Clifton Park and Scott Martin of Florida; four great grandchildren, Alex, Luke, Connor, Jaxon and Maisy as well as several nieces and nephews. Funeral services are private with burial will be in Nelson Cemetery.
