Obituary of Jessica Desimone

Jessica Mae Desimone, 30, of Sidney, formerly of Cazenovia, passed away Wednesday, February 17, 2021 at Tri Town Regional Hospital in Sidney. Jessica was born May 14, 1990 in Syracuse to Louis and Cynthia Desimone. She was home schooled and in her teenage years, Jessica enjoyed anything to do with horses, taking riding lessons and she competed in local horse shows. She was a member of 4-H and in her teens was employed with Arise at the Farm assisting disabled children and adults. Recently, Jessica was employed as a respite care provider for her younger sister. Jessica had a love for all animals, especially; her two turtles, two scorpions, one bearded dragon, two dogs and four cats. Jessica is survived by her parents, Louis “Laser Lou” and Cynthia Desimone; her partner, Shawn Springett; her siblings, Jonathan (Melissa) Desimone, Joshua Desimone and Bobbie “Margaret” Desimone. Calling hours will be held from 4 to 6 p.m., Tuesday, February 23, 2021 at Michael E. Brown Funeral Services, 2333 Fenner Rd., Cazenovia. Funeral services are private.
