Obituary of J. Barbara Bull

J. Barbara Bull, 89, of Cazenovia, passed away Friday, February 12, 2021 at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Syracuse. She was born December 20, 1931 in Perth Amboy, New Jersey and was a graduate of the Katherine Gibbs School in Melville, NY. Barbara was a resident of Cazenovia for the past 53 years and was an active member in her community. She supported the Cazenovia Public Library; was a member of the Cazenovia Club, Willow Bank Yacht Club, Friends of Lorenzo, Cazenovia Garden Club, Cazenovia Bridge Club, and a parishioner of the First Presbyterian Church of Cazenovia. Barbara enjoyed tending to her garden, playing Bridge, caring for animals and cherished the village of Cazenovia and the First Presbyterian Church of Cazenovia. Barbara is survived by her daughters, Caroline M. Sustare of Carrollton, VA and Jennifer A. (Albert) Gould of Black Hawk, CO; her step-children, David (Nicole Nelson) Bull, Jr. of Cohasset, MA, Thomas (Nicolette) Bull of Baldwinsville and Elizabeth Bull of Fayetteville; three step-grandsons, Sam, Aiden and Alex Bull. She was predeceased by her first husband of 23 years, Dr. Girard Hottendorf and by her second husband of 19 years, David Bull, Sr. Memorial services will be held at a later date. Contributions in J.
