Came across her passing. Had a brief business dealing with her years ago at Syracuse Savings Bank. She touched me so deeply that I shared my Faith In The Lord Jesus Christ with her. I often thought of her over the years. She was the epitome of Class And Beauty in every way.

Lonnie was a great friend with a beautiful soul, we were together from kindergarten through High School in all of our homerooms and many classes! Her smile and generosity always made my day! R.I.P. my friend!! ❤️

I too, was searching some people from the past and Lonnie was one of them I was sad and shocked to see her obit. The photo is lovely and just how I remember her when we worked at Syracuse Savings Bank back in the 80's. She was a wonderful person. So many of past friends and co-workers gone. Our deepest sympathy to Lonnie’s family. My husband and I became friends with Lonnie many years ago, but lost touch after a few years. We thought of her last week and when I did a search, I was startled to find she had passed. An angel must have whispered to us that she joined them in heaven. We are so very sad that we didn’t reconnect and missed out on many years of her friendship. She was beautiful, inside and out, and we treasure many fond memories of our friend Lonnie. Although we never met, we wanted you to know that even after almost 40 years, Lonnie stays in our memory as a wonderful person.
