Obituary of Louis L. Woodcock

Louis L. Woodcock, 85, of Eaton, passed away at home Saturday, February 12, 2022. He was born March 14, 1936 in Eaton to LeRoy and Josephine Woodcock and was a graduate of Morrisville Eaton High School in 1954. Louis was employed for a brief time with the New York State Highway Department before establishing Marlouwood Farms in Eaton along with his wife Margaret. Louis was a dedicated dairy farmer for 67 years. Louis is survived by his wife of 66 years, Margaret (Markowski) Woodcock; two daughters, Cynthia Pierce of Georgetown, NY and Robin Launay of Haines City, FL; two sons, Roy Woodcock of Eaton and Michael Woodcock of Eaton; his sister-in-law, Betty Vibbert; his aunt, Frances Curtis; eight grandchildren, Angela, Pamela, Rae, Rachel, Maggie, Nicole, Lewis and Kayla; 17 great grandchildren; three great, great grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews. He is also survived by Garth Liddle and Randy Twiss, Mariland Baker and they opened their home to many others and considered them family. In addition to his parents, Louis was predeceased by his brother, Leo Woodcock. A Celebration of Life will be held in the spring.
